Flattop Mountain - Anchorage, AK

We've arrived in Alaska, and it's never too soon to start exploring! Our first adventure in Alaska started with an “easy” hike at Flattop Mountain. I put that in quotes as it was definitely not easy for us New England-ers who aren’t used to such steep terrain. A short, yet extremely steep hike to 2,500 ft meant beautiful views of all of Anchorage.
